Esa People

Producers:  The producer is the chef.  Their role is to encompass all the vital ingredients to make it happen.  The pre-production has to be driven decisively and accurately to enable the Esa team to arrive at the correct destination.

Directors:  Every team needs to be directed.  Esa’s directors make sure the client’s objectives are always considered throughout the process.  The director is the on-site conductor that fully understands the vision and they are fully responsible for delivering the Esa promise.

Choreographers:  Esa choreographers are briefed from the outset.  The selected choreographer is chosen because of their strengths related to the actual event at hand.  This could range from brands in motion with complex contemporary choreography to simple staging directives.  The choreography is designed and executed to suit the occasion.  Movement is purely an accessory to communicate the spirit and characteristic of the product or message.

Models:  Esa event coordinators work with all the leading model agencies in the world.  They are fortunate to receive regular updates from the major agencies on who is new and where the established models are based.  They currently have in excess of 300 models on database and Esa choreographers attend regular castings to source new talent for live shows, photographic and video shoots.

Dancers/Performers:  Many events require dynamic and contemporary movement.  Esa’s database includes the very best dancers available, many of whom are featured in MTV pop promo videos.  Sometimes an event needs something ‘out of the box’, something unique, bizarre or artistic.  A long list of options is available and can be recommended during concept design.

Bands/Artists: ESA embraces a 'no-limits' philosophy for talent provision, sourcing world renowned solo artists, bands, motivational speakers, performance artists and DJ's.

Stylist/Wardrobe/Make-Up: It’s all about the total look.  Esa have a team of brilliant stylists who specialise in interior design, fashion and theatre.  Hair and make-up are essential ingredients to capture the perfect image.  Esa are proud to be associated with the best hairdressers and make-up artists in the UK.  They have a team of professional wardrobe assistants who are responsible for London Fashion Week.
 

Esa Event Support

Venue Search:  A unique live event more often than not demands a thrilling and inspiring location to reflect the clients’ vision. Esa can seek out and hire venues that meet these criteria, perfectly complementing the embodied experience.

Catering:  If catering is required the Esa team will manage this area as part of their production services.  This can be anything from elaborate themed scenarios to simple refreshments.  The client will be invited to a tasting and would be asked to approve the menu in advance of sign off.  Esa will also co-ordinate all crew and personnel catering requirements whilst on site. 

Interior Design to include set and stage build:  Esa offer a bespoke service in terms of interior space design and set/stage build.  The design may be driven through reflecting the brand or the event content.

Technical Support:  All Esa events are supported by the very latest technology in terms of multimedia, lighting and sound.  A technical project manager will lead a highly skilled team of technicians and crew.

Exhibitions:  As an award winning stand designer/builder Esa understands that a brand’s presence in a competitive exhibition environment has to be so much more than just an interesting design.  The space must have a life and work as a live multi-dimensional experience, serving a purpose to communicate messages that set it apart from the pack.
