Tigi World

WHAT ESA LIVE DID

The client brief was to create an environment for over 2000 clients to attend, with a view to being inspired, educated and enrolled.

The areas of responsibility and delivery included venue hire, catering, branding, health and safety, full event logistics and management, budgetary ownership and accountability, multi-lingual instant translation for 360 guests in 4 languages and an overall vision for the event including stage and full event content.

Billingsgate in east london was the chosen venue and the vision was to create a two tiered experience; the east hall became an exhibition/brand experience and the west hall became a theatre with multi-level seating.

The show/event was delivered in two parts.
Part one was focused on education and the product portfolio followed by part two of the show which was pure theatre entitled “time lord”

The cast for the show and finale performance included 72 models, 12 dancers, 6 singers/vocalists, musicians and actors.

Esa live worked with the london kitchen as a catering partner. Providing pre event drinks as guests arrived directly into the east hall and an east meets west catering experience which divided the two shows.

Following a spectacular finale guests were ushered to the vault for an after party with open bars and entertainment.

International guests were transported back to their hotels on branded double decker london buses following the after party.
